Payment Terms

We offer a 3% discount on orders over £100.00 and 5% discount on orders over £1,000.00 for payment by cash or cheque at the time of sale. For payment by credit card a discount of 2.5% would be available on orders over £1000.00.

Alternativly, we can send an invoice for the goods and the same discount terms will apply if full payment is received within 10 days of the invoice date.

Invoices are due for settlement in full within 30 days unless credit terms have been previously arranged

We no longer provide our own credit facilities, but we can arrange finance through Conister Trust or Kingsmead at the time of placing an order. (Subject to status)

Insurance Claims

We are pleased to supply estimates for insurance purposes. However, estimates are only an indication of the cost of replacing your damaged goods with what, in our opinion, would be similar goods of a broadly equivalent quality which we can currently supply. You may, however, prefer to arrange with your insurers to have a loss adjuster agree a replacement cost.

Please note that unless your insurers have themselves placed an order with us the responsibility for payment within our normal terms of business is yours
